Got no problems with Steve Harris but just had to file a claim and Allstate is bad don't want to fix my truck wright so I will be shopping for a different insurance

I Have homeowners and my Car insurance with Steve Harros and Allstate. Top notch company. I have to admit I left the company about a year ago. And I have to admit worst mistake I made switching to another company. Allstate and Steve Harris always treated me fantastic and I thought having a very slightly lower payment with safeco was worth it but I was so wrong. I have never had any issues with Steve Harris and Allstate, anytime I have questions or conconcerns they answer me right away. SafeCo couldn't not explain why my bill kept climbing higher and higher each month. I spoke to 5 or 6 managers and not one could explain anything to me. Steve Hairris's office is always straight forward and honest I made the choice to jump right back on board with his company after about 4 months of dealing with safe Co horrible service. Thank you Steve for being a great representative to the Allstate insurance company. 5 OUT OF 5 STARS
