My parents bought a fridge from them about 4 months ago, it's all dented up, which is fine because you got to expect that from a second hand store. After the first two weeks the freezer filled with water and froze. Had to throw out about $200 worth of food because of it. My dad thought maybe it was just the ice dispenser, so he shut it off. It ended up doing it again, right after we just got done spending a lot of money on groceries. I am very very very disgusted with this place. I am calling tomorrow and telling them that if they don't give us a new fridge, or, have somebody come down and fix it, I am sending a health inspector in to have them investigated. You cannot sell appliances to people that could potentially make food go bad and make people sick.
These people messed me over. Bought a dryer for $300 that never ran from the first time I got it. They haven’t called me back! Stay away!!!! I really wanted to give them a good review, but they haven’t even tried to help me out.
Bought a Washer from them for just $150 that was like new. Have had it for 3 years and have had zero issues. I would definitely do business with them again.
Terrible place, they sold me a fridge and dishwasher. When they arrived at my house, I tried to refuse them because they were damaged. The delivery guy said he would come back for them and never did. I called to work out arrangements, and was told they would not take a return but would order the parts to fix them. They stopped talking to me after about 3 months of trying to get it fixed and now I'm out $700. I own 20 rental properties and all the landlords agree that you should stay away from these people.
Ok so I bought a fridge about week to 2 weeks ago. I have been trying to call them and go to the store and they are never open and when u call them. It says sorry the voicemail is full. Doesn't even ring. So I got ripped $135.00!!
