This has been the only dental office my children have ever known. They are now 12 and 13. My son had to have 2 adult teeth extracted for the next phase in his journey with braces recently and we set the appointment here. The staff, as always, were AMAZINGLY friendly. Dr. A was so great and so kind. His teeth were out so quickly and he felt nothing! He had no pain at all, even after the numbing wore off ! My daughter had the same procedure done here for her prep for braces 2 years ago and it was the same great experience. When I called them with a question several days before the procedure, I did have to leave a message, but someone called me back within the hour which is way better than most other medical offices I have had to contact in the past. I would recommend this office to anyone.

It’s obvious they are taking on more customers than they can handle at this office ... Every call is routed to voicemail it does not matter when you call you can’t get through even when a message is left. Twice now I’ve left messages and never got a return call ... they say all calls are returned within 24/48 hours that has never happened.nnMy son was seen as an EMERGENCY after I had to call on the weekend to the answering line which happens to be the owner ... I’m actually going to take the owners advice and find another dentist for my children.... She’s clearly more worried about quantity of patients than quality of care ud83dude10

I have been bringing my son here for years, but things definitely need to change. My son had caps put on his teeth an one popped off leaving his nerves exposed, bleeding and in extreme pain. I have tried 35xs to get ahold of this office but yet no one will return the messages I’ve left nor answer. It’s become a concern especially in this situation! I’m definitely calling the better business bureau and seeing if this don’t change the way this dentist office runs. They are dealing with kids not adults kids can’t deal with pain as much as we can do it’s important that this is addressed immediately. Their scheduling is completely messed up and now this! I’m not sure about other people but this has to stop. If they have this many calls then they need to hire more people it’s that simple or hire people who know what they are doing.

Getting though on the phone is next to impossible. It rolls straight to a recording that says to leave a message and they will call you back. When they called back they hung up after 2 rings and never left a voicemail. I am beyond tired of trying to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment. They aren’t worth the hassle of dealing with their phone lines.
