Filing my 2020 taxes for Federal and State was so easy. It took just under week from time I submitted my W2s and 1099s to when my H&R Block Representative, Stacey, had my return done, ready for review and submitted. It was so easy and fast.

I went to file my taxes with Indra and wasn’t able to get all of my W2s in the time frame needed. so I simply asked to come and retrieve my papers just to get here and THEY CAN’T FIND THEM !!! Literally calls me every other day to see if I received the rest of my W2s but when I get here they don’t have none of my paperwork.... If you don’t care about your information being taken and then magically disappearing go ahead and do business here.

They were a huge help! I couldnt find my last years tax information to get my AGI to file this year. 2 minutes and they had my info looked up and I was ready to go!

Stacy was amazing helping me out file 2- W2 and a 1099 very nice and polite. But HR Block fees are outrageous basically took all of my Ohio income tax and part of my South Carolina income tax in fees...... $428 for 30 minutes is a bit much. I been going through HR block since I was 16 years old 34 now and I've never felt so helpless and robbed because it had to be filed. This will be my last year with HR block. The only reason HR block is getting 4 stars is because of the staff they have. HR block corpos should be ashamed of themselves for nickel and diming families every time my tax refund would increase.... so would their fees.... something isnt right about the way they operate shouldn't fees stay the same rate? Or are you taking percentage from the total refund? (Edited after the reply)Your reply is generic with no care or feeling, unsympathetic basically what you tell everyone so it looks like you care that gives you a bad rating..... your customer support dont have anything to do with your high fees.
