Ok,,,delivery to the wrong address all the time. Yesterday the parcel that my email said was delivered, guess what. No whereto be found. Sounds like incompetent delivery personnel to me. DOING ALL SHIPPING with UPS or FEDX. I cant rate zero. So its a 1 minus 1
The worse service I have ever had! they delivered my package to the wrong house, so I called them and the phone number is worthless! So I went down there and the 1 lady working was from Apple creek she was a sweet heart person today, but makes sense she's not from this location! she found out the package was delivered to the wrong house and where, so they would go find out if its there, then I get a phone call from the most rude person from there telling me that its not there problem and if the package isn't there that ill just have to file a claim and they would only give me 4 dollars for shipping! what the hell is that going to do! and that's after filing a claim that can take weeks, so thank you usps for nothing! I'm at the point of going paperless and not have a mail box or nothing to do with them
I have always found the team at Canal Fulton Post Office to be friendly and helpful. Their delivery people have a hard job, especially with all the “neighborhood” mailboxes to fill. I think we need to cut them some slack.
Mailed 13 heavy boxes and had a good experience with the employees. I don't live in this community so all I can say is that my one visit was pleasant.
