The quality of food has gotten better since the last visit I had(Nov '18). Actually stopped coming to this location due to such poor quality of ingredients. With this visit, the employee tried to pass off about a Tablespoon worth of pork as acceptable. The same employee also did not use a scoop for the cheese, cross contamination being the prime issue there. The manager on duty was incredibly sarcastic and rude to the employee as well, in front of many customers who all seemed very displeased about the tone of her voice and the way she spoke to the employee.nnAt this point, I still recommend taking your business across the street to Chipotle or at least to another Hothead location.nn**EDIT 4/6/21**nI ordered online, placing the order at 6:16. My order was going to be ready at 6:45.nI got here a little late at 6:57, and my order had not even been started. They were not busy when I arrived.
Waste of money!!! I’m afraid to even eat the burritos. Every ingredient I wanted was pretty much empty and had been sitting all day. I had to request new lettuce and corn. The meat looked disgusting and old!! When I asked for fresh lettuce the worker had such an attitude to do so! nothing about the station looked sanitary. The other customers had many complaints as well. Will never come here again.
We Both had steak bowls , there so delicious n very filling , place was very clean , n everyone is super nice and friendly
Pretty good burrito.nKinda dirty kitchen and dining area though.
Management was super loud an unprofessional took atleast 30mins too get our food an we were the only ones in the building. I hope so day they get better management because they food is good but the service is awful
