I waited a bit to settle in and get a feel for my new room. The remodel of my basement was very well done. It is like walking into a completely different house.nEnea and his crew were very good to work with. Detailed plans, timely responses, flexible schedules. The price was very reasonable, and their resolution of my water problem was immediate.nnThe quality of the finish was great. I plan to keep them in mind if I ever remodel another room in my house.
We had Total Restore remodel our basement and they did an excellent job. Not only was the price very competitive, but the craftsmanship was top notch. They walked us through what they were going to be doing and how they were going to do it and engaged us when they ran into unforeseen circumstances (of which they always offered great solutions). Without a doubt, I would recommend their services and will be looking to use them again for our next project as well!

I am in the customer service industry and deal with many business on a weekly basis. Total Restore is the best that I have ever dealt with by far. Enea, Martin, and Manny were incredibly helpful throughout the process of my project. They were patient, professional, and honest. They also respond to your calls or emails within 24 hours which seem to be a struggle for most contractors. They would be my go to for any work like this. Don't bother going anywhere else. Total Restore is the best.
