I'm very happy with the experiences I've had working with Jackie at Home Appliance. I've worked with her both as a homeowner, and as the owner of a construction company in need of appliances for our commercial projects.nnI appreciate Jackie's professionalism and expertise. She offers the right appliances for the application and she works within our budget. I've purchased appliances from her that were of higher quality than the big-box retail store, at very competitive prices. Her communication and scheduling are great. I'm glad we began working with this company.
It's a really cool store and they have top of the line products.nI've been hearing from some of my associates how this one sales guy and the female owner treats other people who work there. It's just plain sad. A lot of bullying.nAnd no one likes bullies. My fiancee was in there recently and overheard a few things. It made her feel uncomfortable so she walked out.nI always saw this place as a mom and pop local business. But the more I hear about how it operates, the less I want to hear about it.nI wont be spending another dime there.
I recently purchased my fridge and gas stove from home appliance. Threw Jackie Harris. Jackie was extremely knowledgeable on all the appliance. Jackie took us to each brand and expanded the workings of each of them. I went back there just because of jackie Harris and how well She took care of everything. After the order was in she kept in great contact with me and have me updates on where they were and when I can expect them. Jackie is by far the best sales associate I have ever had the pleasure of going threw.
Nice showroom. Loads of options.nnTerrible sales experience. Went in trying our best to buy THREE new kitchen appliances and the salesperson was literally PULLED away from helping us to deal with some angry 'karen'. We were left standing alone trying to buy 3 appliances while this woman complained.nnHe said he would be right back. ud83dude15nn15 minutes later we just left. Knowing EXACTLY which products we wanted.nnGood going. That's not the way to treat customers.
I was there on Monday and the man who was suppose to help me was incredibly rude. I am in the design business and the job of a sales person is to be helpful not insulting. Listen to what your customer is asking for and assist in a solution. I am from the area and have tried three times to use this showroom and support this local supplier. I will never use them or suggest using them to any of my clients again.
