This place is very unprofessional and disorganized. I had an appt scheduled 4 months ago for today at 3pm. I confirmed on Monday for 3pm today Wednesday via their email and text system. Today 2 hrs 20 min before my appt I receive another text saying see you at 2:40. I tried calling several times after receiving the txt moving my appt and no one answered. I left a message and emailed with the issue with no response. Arrived at the office at 2:55 and was told by the receptionist that it was her third day and she had to check. She then came back and said I had to reschedule even though I showed them the emails and the text confirming the appt at 3pm today then switching it to 2:40 last min on their part today. Was still turned away and said there was no one else to speak to about this matter and the hygienist said she wouldn’t be able to give me a good cleaning. I find this totally unacceptable especially with written proof that the appt was confirmed for 3pm today and I showed up at 2:55. Then to be told there was no one to speak to about this matter is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. They do realize that people have lives and jobs and schedule around appts. I would not recommend and will not give good reviews. Not to mention that the person that filled my teeth (not a dentist) the last visit left the white filling matter on my teeth. Overall poor over priced dentist with horrible customer service.

Do not let this dentist touch you unless you want to spend months in pain and thousands of dollars correcting his sloppy work. Delivered with a conceited and rude attitude.

I had a wonderful experience with aura smile. I met with a Bethany, and she was amazing. She took care of my first cleaning with the office, and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend aura smile, and their amazing staff.

The downtown location closed and they didn't feel the need to reach out to clients to let them know they are no longer there. Showed up for an appointment scheduled 6 months ago to find it up for rent.

Had my cleaning done last week, and the customer service from start to finish was top notch. When I arrived, I didn't have to wait more than five minutes and Bethany had my teeth gleaming in no time at all. The cleaning process was not rushed, and the attention to care was excellent. Dr. Voiers checked in and gave a thorough check and the okay for Bethany to finish up. I recommend Aura smile one hundred percent!
