The Mohican State forest is absolutely ud83dudcaf beautiful. Ton of trails from biking to hiking to bridle trails.nNow I used the backpacking site managed by the forestry division. Clearly marked sites all with fire rings. These are first-come, first-reserve. You cannot reserve online. Just find the Park n Pack and head to your site after registering at the Forestry Div HQ. The rules are reasonable and the trails can make for a fun hike after setup.nSome negatives. It's difficult to find location to relieve yourself. Especially during the winter months. Water is limited on the ridge, but the Park n Packs are reasonably close, so you can fill up again.nAll in all this is a great location to visit and enjoy the beauty God created. Enjoy and preserve. Pack out your trash.
