Rob, the owner, does an excellent job. My husband always comes home looking his best after seeing him! We also take our young son to get his hair cut by Rob, and he can be a bit busy. Rob has the patience of a saint and also has the skill to get the job done right! Off The Top Barber Shop has us as forever customers!

Rob has been cutting my hair for 10 plus years. Between West Chester and Maineville. I’ve never had any issues. During the COVID virus Rob has had is mask on while I get haircut. Interesting I read a review and someone accused Rob of murdering animals. I think they call that hunting not murdering. I think your still aloud to do that in Ohio.
Rob the owner does a phenomenal job with my haircut, highly recommend going to this barber shop.
