Such a great experience... I ordered a bracelet you my daughter as a keepsake... I completely forgot about ordering it... And i hadnt heard from them... My phone number had been wrote down wrong... They had been attempting to reach me along...Once Shyeanna started working there she reached out to my though social media and i was able to get right in to pick it... Thank you Shy for going above and beyond to ensure i got my product..
I went to S&S and showed them my rings and said I would like to have it soldered together Shyeanna took the rings in for Steve to take care of and they turned out absolutely beautiful, I love them.

What an amazing experience!! My daughter got engaged and ring needed sized. Steve was so gracious as the ring wasnt purchased there. His expertise was evident and he makes sure his patrons are educated. At the busiest time of year, he made sure my daughter will have a bright Christmas!
