I think Cydny was a good landlord. She handled all of my problems and was very helpful when it came to being my first apartment. She always answered me and my problems were fixed. Some of the Maintenance were not as good but if there was a problem she handled it & made up for it. I took care of the apartment and didn’t have any damages and received all of my deposit back. I would recommend, it is pricey but overall a good place compared to a lot & is spacey too. If you have a problem just be respectful and they will do the same. (:
I lived here for 2 years and I called maintenance after my toilet exploded/water issues and nobody would respond within 48 hours. I lived by myself working 3 jobs to pay for an overpriced, disgusting, “studio” apartment. (It was 2br 1bath....) There are better quality, cheaper apartments in bigger cities where it costs more to live! The management is is very unreliable and unresponsive. I contracted roaches living in this hog trough. It doesn’t help that someone was killed 5 blocks away from my apartment every other night.
I haven't lived here for over a year, but I wanted to share my experience. Cyndy was by far the best landlord I ever had in Huntington. The apartment was impeccably clean when I moved in, response was extremely fast if I had any issues, and Big Green could not have been more professional. Highly recommend renting through them!
Ok place to live. Cheaply put together, things fall apart easily. Take photos of everything before and after or you won’t get your deposit back.nNot worth cleaning before you move out. I left the place needing painted, and with a extra door. Way more clean than what we moved into it as, but to get my deposit back I will now have to send the before and after photos, thank god that even though I’m young, I wasn’t dumb.nnRegards to your to your comment:nnIn our messages it proves that you had not even inspected the place, before telling me the reasons why I was not getting my deposit back.nWhen the door was ripped off by another signed on the lease, I could not control that. However I did replace that.nThe metal piece holding the carpet down, stapled in the ground (not nailed lol) came up, because I used a vacuum . The carpet was not cleaned before we moved in, we shampooed it the day we moved in- the water we dumped out was brown and cruddy. The door knob was changed on October 9th. There are text messages from me txting you two days in a row about my door knob eating and bending my key. There is then a message where I said “I’m changing the door knobs, I will drop off my spare key” because you never responded. I had to crawl through the window and screw off my door knob to get in. Not to mention the window is broke, I had to put wood blocks in the tops because the window doesn’t lock. I guess I’m glad they were broke so I didn’t have to call a lock Smith, because lord knows you didn’t answer. Along with the carpet pulling up in the first night, the trim around the house was basically glued on with Elmers glue, so it too started falling apart on the first night. The drawers were falling apart too.nI expect that I would have to pay for the carpet, because you all got the cheap stuff. However everything else was repaired .nEveryone who went in on the lease with me ended their lease early. You don’t know how we split the deposit, and leagally I was the only person on the lease when it ended .nYour tiny apartment costed me $750 a month, a week after I signed the lease here, a whole 3 bedroom 2 story house became available a couple blocks away for the same price. So actually quite pricey.nObviously you all need money and are scamming young people. The fact you even commented such things back really shows how unprofessional your business truly is.nnGet this yall. If I would have leased another apartment with Cindy at Big Green Apartments, I would have got the deposit for sure .nI’m not going to entertain the idea of this anymore.nI wouldn’t lease here unless you have to .
Bad management. Overpriced. Lie about issues, does not resolve issues within a timely manner. Try to intimidate into not saying anything.
