There were 30-45 minute delays both going to and heading back from Leavenworth.nnOn the way there, the whole bus waited for over half an hour for a single late person, which was very frustrating for the 40+ of us who got there on time.nnOn the way back, the guides didn't seem to know who, or even how many people, should be on each bus (there were 2 buses, with no check-in)... Guides from the other bus would come in, yelling names. Half an hour after when we should have departed, it turned out that we had had everyone all along. A basic check-in would have saved all of us half an hour of just sitting on the bus...
