I had nothing but good experiences with Hood Realty and Whitney Hood. My apartment was clean and never had one issue throughout my two year stay. When an issue arose in the apartment complex, Whitney was quick to address it and reassure that it would be taken care of. I highly suggest going with Hood Realty Co. if you're moving to the area.

We have had a great experience with Whitney and her realty company. We have lived in the same apartment a little over 3.5 years and have had no issues. If anything has needed to be fixed or replaced, it is done so almost immediately. The apartment is a wonderful unit and taken care of. Whitney is flexible and understanding and we are super grateful she gave us the chance to rent from her. Highly recommended.

Affordable housing and excellent properties. Whitney was an excellent landlord, always helpful and responsive to messages. The maintenance man is the best! Easy to reach, and always got to us within a few hours. Hoping to move back to another Hood Realty property the next time I’m looking to move!

I had a great experience with Hood Realty. The landlord and maintenance were very accessible for contacting with concerns. No issues with the property and will definitely rent from again if I end up back in that area! Much better than any property I rented in Huntington.

Hood Reality was very helpful during a transition period of my life. They were very professional and responsive to any issues. Furthermore, the property was kept neat and tidy. The grass was kept cut etc. Great experience!
