They've gotten a lot better about communicating with the Deaf and HoH. They do have some very competent workers but I was still there for 3 hours yesterday with a worker, supervisor, VRS interpreter and CDI trying to decipher their legalese. Even the interpreter had to ask for clarification multiple times. It's just government paperwork is complicated and they want very specific information. The office did accommodate me well.
