Recently, I received a citation for expired registration tags. I accept that the citation was written rightfully, and I will pay the fine. However, it is nearly impossible to pay anything to a court that will not answer their phone or be in office during office hours. I have left multiple messages with no callbacks. I have tried going to the office only to turn locked doorknobs. A job is a duty regardless of how the job was obtained, and termination should be a result for those who work at the Chesapeake Village City Hall.

Officer Lewis is a joke. Total smart ass and made it more than apparent that he wasn't listening to me. He showed favorites with his buddies and friends towards us proving u gotta know the right ppl. Yet another On mayors corrupt payroll.
