Clifton Richardson is a con and will steal your money. The address that is listed is not his address. He came to my house and then emailed an estimate to me regarding replacing my existing roof with a metal roof. He came out again on August 1, 2020 to pick up a check ($3,343.75) for half of the full amount ($6,687.50). On Thursday, August 6th, he came and measured the roof to confirm his measurements. He told me the materials would be delivered some time during the weekend of August 8th and that his crew would come on Monday, August 10th, to start the job. The materials were not delivered over the weekend. The materials were not delivered on Monday morning and no one showed up. He did not call, text or email me. I called him on Tuesday, August 11th and he said that he “promised” he would be there on Thursday,” August 13th. He was a no show again on August 13th. Again, he did not call, text or email me. When I tried to call him, it went to VM and would not let me leave a message because his VM was full. I texted, called and emailed him. I finally received an email from him (7:39 pm) saying that one of his worker’s tool had been stolen and that he had been dealing with the police. He also said that the best way to reach him was by email. He said he would be there Friday morning, August 14, 2020. Again, he didn’t show up. No phone call, text or email. I have texted, emailed and called him repeatedly but have not heard from him since. I now do not have the money to replace my roof which is leaking.nnI gave him 1 ⭐ufe0f because it wouldn’t let me give 0

After Lowes stalled on our siding project for 7 months, one call to Richardson Contracting saved the day! They got me in within 2 weeks of calling and finished the job in 3 days, working on Saturday and Sunday to make sure they avoided the rain. IT LOOKS AMAZING! We will for sure be using Richardson Contracting again.

We hired them for a small job and they did so well that we hired them for the larger job. We are very pleased with the results. He (the owner, Clifton) gave us a very fair price and helped us to figure out how to accomplish what we wanted in the most reasonable and cost effective way. He saved us money, he was fair and honest, and did a great job - he seemed to actually care about helping up get what we needed. I will be hiring him again and recommending him highly to others.

Hired him to fix a leaky custom skylight. Not only did he make repairs, but also vastly improved the look. He was friendly, honest, and his work was very professional custom building the metal work to ensure the longevity of the project. Couldn't be happier! A+
