The Dragon Shop came to my rescue! Their staff is quick and highly knowledgeable about all brands. I highly recommend them for repairs as well as buying a reliable appliance at an affordable price. They are truly a treasure to the Tri-State area.
It was just like the Jimmy Stewart movie It's a wonderful Life.nThey couldn't help me with a product they needed but they sent me to a couple of places that could help. The gentleman on the phone was remarkably polite.. I would return if I had a need for something because I like being treated well.
I don't and will not wear a mask. The employee came outside talking to me to my face. Asked to go give them my information. So I did. As soon as I opened the door the lady went off on me for not having a mask. So I asked if she could come to the door. She refused and I said ok I'll go elsewhere. So I walked to my vehicle strapped the appliance back down and start pulling out of the business when they appear in my rearview. So I back up to see if I forgotten something another argument took place so I asked her. Is that your employee. She said yes he was. So I asked. Your employees don't have to wear one to talk to me but I do no ty. Anyway they kept it and gave me a quote. By the time they checked it out it was double the price and was trying to sell is another one. Needles to say I'm picking it up tomorrow for ten bucks and going to recycle it and buy a new one. I will never return here again
I bought an air conditioning unit from them, still works like a charm! I also bought odds and ends! The staff there are very good people, honest and very helpful! I would highly recommend giving them a shot!
These folks have always been very helpful with any questions I have. They know their stuff and are quite considerate. Glad we have a place like The Dragon Shop ud83dudc09 in Huntington.
