The person who came to our home was knowledgeable and seemed experienced in the trade. The problem was he quoted us a price but once the work was completed and they sent a bill, it was almost double what our quote was. Not happy about that at all. Felt we should have been told up front! On a good note, they did take care of our issue.

Dave, my Terminix guy from Huntington, WV, is wonderful and comes highly recommend. He is personable, knowledgeable, and always provides great service. I am grateful for him. He has kept my home pest free.

Bought 100 yr old house over 1 yr ago, had termite inspection before closing and continued the bond for coverage. When we pulled up carpet, the floor was eaten up and live termites were present. Company accepted blame and agreed they would cover damages BUT have let this drag on since SEPTEMBER. Emails to adjuster are simply not answered and calls to Terminix end after waits of 45+ minutes. Those I have dealt with have been pleasant and polite, but won't do anything to get this taken care of or must have no authority and won't reveal who does.nn+ minutes after being placed on hold.

The first appointment went great, the tech came and sprayed for ants, however the next week when I still had ants he told me to call him and he would come spray again for free. I have been trying to call both the technician and the terminex number and it says call volume is higher than usual to leave a message and someone would call you back within 24 hours, well thats been going on for almost 3 weeks and i haven't heard a work from anyone, i will be canceling my services.nAnd i still have ants.
