They looked at my dishwasher fast, said was a drain pump. Ok cool 4 weeks later still not fixed after many calls to find out where part was. First they were waiting on it from the home warranty company which was a lie, then it was out for delivery 2 weeks ago. Then somehow it never got ordered, then delivery on the 12th of February. Kinda funny I could of ordered myself and had it in 3 days. Home warranty company finally just gave me the money to fix it on my own and just went and bought a new one.nnWill never use them for anything.

RUN!!!!nThis company is horrible!!! ZERO communication!!! Don't waste your time! I had an wall unit ac go out and its been multiple months for them to order a part and they still haven't got it. I'm not sure how this company is still in business.

Working with York’s Unlimited was a purely maddening experience. After they accepted a job to fix my LG dryer in February, it is still not fixed in June. I have lost track of how many times this cycle has happened:n1. A technician comes to my house to fix the issue.n2. The technician can’t fix the issue and says they need something that they don’t have.n3. I wait, and wait, and wait with no update.n4. I call them - York’s never calls you - you have to call to figure out the status of your job. When you call it’s like they forgot you existed.n5. A technician comes to my house again and still doesn’t fix the issue.nnThis entire cycle has repeated itself constantly for the last 4 months. Technicians from York’s have been to my house 5? 6 times? I’ve lost count. The company constantly makes promises to call and never does. Twice now they scheduled an appointment and I clear my schedule and then no technician shows up. Never an apology. I am now in a worse spot than I was in February because the door hinge on the dryer was broken by a technician and never fixed. I finally had to call LG and have them source the job to another company and LG officially severed ties with York’s.nnSimply put, do not hire York’s. You will enter a nightmare of customer service and there is a very good chance that your appliance will never actually be repaired.

Folks, avoid this company at all costs. York was commissioned by LG to replace a compressor on my fridge. Long story short, it’s been two months and it’s still not fixed. They are unprofessional, unresponsive and incompetent. I called the manager this morning to ask for an update and he had the audacity to blame me for their incompetent. Then he hung up on me.nnLearn from my mistake. Stay away from these people. They’re idiots!
