Nice but short hike. Mostly easy, but if you want to get down by the falls or in the creek, you will need to navigate a steep grade, which will be quite muddy if it has rained. The falls were pretty sparse because it hadn't rained before we went. I wouldn't make a special trip here, but nice if you're already planning to be nearby. (Everyone was at Terry's Grocery after to get ice cream!)

There is only a small gravel parking lot indicating you are in right spot. There is a small overflow lot farther in but only about 4 cars can fit there. The waterfall isn't too far of a hike but some areas are steep going down to the falls area. Wear tennis shoes and not sandals like some of us did. You will get muddy and you need good traction. The falls were very pretty but did not have too much water coming down when we visited. Probably better after more rain. We did this hike after visting Terry's Pizza and Ice Cream for some amazing ice cream concoctions. You can make a fun family day out of doing both.

Fallsville can be a great wildlife area to hunt, but it is always overly crowded for Thanksgiving pheasant hunts. Still, it's a great way to spend a morning bonding with friends or teaching your kids conservation and hunting ethics.

Fabulous secluded clean nature walk! Definitely go check out especially after a good rain when the falls are full and flowing!! But still beautiful when dried up too!!!!
