I started taking my son to Michael Gordon 10 years ago.nThe office is hard to find, but the staff makes me feel like family. The office is always clean and the bathrooms are well taken care of. The staff and DDS Gordon are polite and professional. I recommend this dentist and his staff 100%.

Hello, yes my visit to the office yesterday was great..my son is an established patient already..but now he has a baby sister..an her very first appt to dentist was also yesterday...during these covid times we do have to stay safe .an the office assured an followed through on keeping us safe..we waited in car til our turns...but the staff treated my daughter's first visit amazing..along with allowing me to capture all the moments of her first visit.my daughter at 20 mo old day in chair like a big girl. An allowed dr gordon to look in her mouth. The assistant was very gentle an patient with her .the cool thing was getting her a balloon puppy at end an sticker...my son had a very pleasant experience as well..very nice office an staff...thanks..

Unless you plan on being at the dentist for 4 hours I would NOT recommend. I will NEVER bring my child here again. He is very UNfriendly and moves like a sloth. (Not even exaggerating) then he will place your child into a chair, numb them, then walk away for 40+ min to help other patients that have appointments after yours. My child laid in the chair for 1.5 hours total to fill a damn cavity. (Not including the wait time to even come to the chair).

I took my son for his first dental visit at Dr. Gordon's office. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Dr. Gordon was great with him

I would not recommend this dental office to anyone, their customer service is terrible! I was with Dr Gordan’s office for a few years, for all 3 of my children, and up until today i had no major issues. My youngest daughter was scheduled to have a dental surgery today, but the time was never confirmed. For personal reason’s i did not have access to my phone or emails, so i missed a few calls. Long story short, i tried calling them this morning to check on what time my daughter had to be there. The rude women at the front desk answered the phone, to tell me that we can never be seen with this practice again because we missed an appt this morning. I tried to explain to this women that i lost my job and did not have access to my phone until last night, in which the office was already closed. I asked her for the policy that states patient is discharged from the facility if 1 appointment is missed, she then proceeds to tell me that it’s actually 3years that we will not be able to be seen. This place is a joke. Not to mention they lost my oldest son’s chart and i actually let that slide, considering they moved office’s. But don’t ever miss an appt, or be late, or lose your job during a pandemic, because they will be quick to dismiss you. There is nothing “Family” oriented about this practice at all. If you are looking for a small family practice for your children. This is NOT THE ONE!
