Jill is amazing. She talked us through all of our options and was so kind. They got us in so quickly and the carpet looks and feels amazing! Thanks to the whole Buddy's team for the fantastic customer service and install!

I had been shopping for new carpet for weeks. Most places I been to just point to the carpet rolls and walk away. I went into Buddy.s and was greeted by Dan Lambert, explained what I was looking and he came back with several sample books, we narrowed the selection to one book of samples and he let me take the sample book home so that I could see the sample in my lighting. I selected the carpet which Dan pointed out and the next day he came to my home measured the premises and collected the book and I purchased the carpet. Dan made this very easy, was very pleasant, considerate and yes wore a mask. Dan has an artistic flare so if you are like me and struggle with color matching go see Dan Lambert at Buddy,s on Ridge Ave.

...you have to stand over the installers or they cut corners!, even if you manage to find the problem before the installers leave, they end up just leaving. while doing this their trash is still allover your driveway. once you get ahold of the store the next day due to they are already close, they drag their feet to fix the problem, three weeks later once the installers show up, they don't get out of the van they sit for 10 mins to leave saying no-one was home....its 2020 who doesn't have cameras showing them in their van. never coming to the door....run they are not worth your money

We had a wonderful experience with Buddy’s Flooring America! They helped us select a great carpet for our kids rooms. They installed quickly and cleaned up after. Prompt and very easy to work with.
