I also have been having major problems with the 78 bus. Ive taken it 78 times in the past 2 years and they are never on time and never seem to know where they are going. Almost like they forgot their route or something.nThey need to hire more competent drivers. Maybe try taking the 51. Or Pendleton (I think is the name) has okay bus service.
The 78 bus is late every friggin morning
