yeah do not rent from joanne. worst place i’ve ever lived in. lousy with mice. we were promised fully finished renovations to our apartment while we were staying there and all of it has yet to be finished. paying utilities was outrageous because of her. i cannot stress this enough DO NOT RENT FROM JOANNE. it’s cheap but far too expensive for what you’re given.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS WOMAN. I’ve rented out one of her apartments on Albion Place for a year and a half, gave my (standard) 30 days notice after paying month-month for 6 months. I pay rent, in full, on time and take great care of my apartment. She is currently gaslighting me, demanding more money (in the middle of a pandemic) in return for a recommendation to another rental agency for a future condo to rent. She also refused to let our house recycle (in which should be illegal by now), and recommended she evict me because I didn’t fit in with the community.

DO NOT RENT FROM JOANN!! We lived in an apt for a couple year.... Our oven was broke for over a year, the temp was never above 65 in the winter, we were also promised renovations that never happened. We finally saved up enough money to move. She is a slum lord!!
