The best storage facility I've found yet! Extremely secure and safe with cameras, lights, and gates. Lisa the staff member was very helpful with helping me find the right unit for me. Love this place!
i have been using simply safe for several months now. was referred by my neighbor who has been there for years. super easy folks to deal with, friendly and attentive. my neighbors love it there too. the location is very convenient to the clintonville area!
I have dealt with Lisa only by phone ( which has been always wonderful) but today I met her in person. She is professional, kind and caring. She is truly a gem.
Don't trust the 5 star ratings! People were more than likely under pressure (caught off guard) at that moment...nnThe moment you sign papers and pay for the unit, you are told to go to Google Review for the place and give 5 stars. Catching you off guard for sure. Wow! Give me a moment to see how I feel about everything! I most definitely don't like being told to do so right then, at that very moment and in while they're there. I have other issues as well.
Went in to check out a unit. Lisa was very cordial and her response to me in answering my questions were answered in a professional manner. Thanks Lisa
