Covid has been undoubtedly complicated but The Auto Title North and East and in general has been amazing. The new and improved way to go get a title by a scheduled appointment is really good. I remember waiting forever to get a title change and today I only waited 15 minutes and I could see where I was on the next in line monitor. This was a Great Leap Forward for the Title Agency I wish the BMV would get their act together as good as the Title Agency.nI hope they keep it this way.nThanks
I just moved back from Florida and was apprehensive about doing doing all the things I needed to do to get my license, title, and tags and registration in Ohio and by myself. This process was so easy I was amazed. Whitney helped me today to get my title and she did an amazing job. She was friendly and knew her stuff. I felt so taken care of and happy that she took care of me. Great job Whitney! Thank you so much for helping me today!!
I had an appointment for 1pm; I was not attended to until 1:34 pm. Also I paid by credit card and was charged a $1 convenience fee which was not reflected on the printed receipt given to me. As a full disclosure, who gets this convenience fee?
Where do I start.?. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Emily. Emily was the greatest, knowledgeable and had lots of patience as I was in need of a lot of assistance and probably should have known some of the Info walking into the Title Division. She took her time showed me how and what I needed to do & know. She showed empathy for my lack of knowledge regarding the matter and never made me feel like a burden.nThank you Emily
