We highly recommend Nicholson Builders. Their talented and personable people made our kitchen renovation a pleasant experience from start to finish. They listened to what we wanted and came up with additional ideas to further enhance the kitchen's function. They provided a perfect balance between letting us make choices and guiding us when we needed help. The workmanship was top-notch and the project moved along in a very timely manner. We always felt that our satisfaction was important to them. As time goes by we are appreciating, even more, the special nuances in design and craftsmanship. I have not uploaded my photos yet but I would recommend Nicholson Builders to any commercial company or residential looking to remodel or build. We sought them out for a large office remodel including a new kitchen/breakroom design, paint, electric and plumbing as well as adding to our fire system to meet city regulations. They were a pleasure to work with, never giving kickback when a change order was requested and remained flexible with our timeline. 100% met our remodel expectations and more because of their caring attitude, quick responses and flexibility.
We have used Nicholson Builders for a number of projects including a complete remodel of the first floor of our home, a new master bathroom, a porch addition, and as small as a basement egress window. Every project has exceeded our expectations. Their team members are all professional and fun to have around. We actually miss them when our projects are completed. On the rare occasion when something didn't meet our expectations, they fixed it immediately with no questions asked. We can't say enough about what a great organization Nicholson Builders is to do business with!
