Our tech was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and efficient. He explained exactly what to expect and what things we needed to do in the weeks coming. Hopefully the continued service is just maintenance, but I know if I do need additional treatments they are there to take care of us. Special shootout to our tech Adrian B. We enjoyed having him as our tech.

We had our initial visit last month, which went fine, my complaint however is we weren’t told that two people would be showing up and at different times, so it was confusing. I found it strange that you would tell new clients what to expect. We were told the technician would come back in two weeks as a follow up but a couple days later that was cancelled. They scheduled the first visit a month out. That was supposed to be yesterday, we were told between noon and 7pm. My boyfriend took the day off work for it since our kids are still homeschooling due to closures. I got a text around 1:30 or so the day they were scheduled to come out saying that our tech would be out tomorrow between 2 and 4. Now I’m very upset. One, because the day was switched without prior knowledge to us which I find unprofessional, and two, my boyfriend had taken a day off work for this which is something people can’t really do these days so we lost a whole day’s pay for nothing. Talk about not putting your clients first. Horrible management of customer service and appreciation. We might just go ahead and cancel if that’s going to be a common theme.

I’ve been using Orkin for over a year now and Wayne Carr is the associate I’ve been working with, he has been SO helpful with what I need done, not only is he great at his job, he makes sure you’re getting more than fair prices, you’re getting quality work done, and is all around just such a pleasure to do business with. I got screwed over by a different company with getting some raccoons out of my house, he was so upset that I got charged that much he ended up going above and beyond to get me a discount on the service of fixing up my insulation in my attic they caused, saved me over 3,000 bucks. So thankful they have quality people working for them!

Alex did our first service/treatment of the season. He was thorough and friendly. Asked questions, treated accordingly. He was a breath of fresh air compared to the technician last year. We will continue to work with Orkin now as a result of his professionalism

There is a reason we have been with Orkin for many decades. Outstanding Service would top the list.. thanks to one and allnnRay came out today and helped us solve a huge problem in the garage with either mice or squirrels.. We continue to appreciate and love Orkin. THANK YOU
