1GR Builders is awesome! They were super responsive- Any questions or concerns we had were addressed almost immediately, whether it was after hours or on the weekend. We had them do an office remodel, including painting and new flooring. They were able to complete everything in less than two weeks- Kelly stayed on top of everything make sure that deadlines were met. Would totally recommend!

I have used 1GR Builders for numerous projects now. They remodeled our kitchen and living room when we moved into our new house. They re did the floors in my master bedroom. They also changed out some carpet in the basement (very quickly) in order to get the house ready for showings when it came time to sell. The quality of the work was 5/5 and they are beyond easy to get a hold of with any questions.nnI recently hired them to remodel a new office space I am moving into. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they met an insanely tight schedule. As a result I was able to get my business off the ground at a critical time. Kelly and Randy are always a phone call away, are awesome people, very responsive, and (bottom line) get the job done.nnI haven't had any projects that need done in the new house yet, but I know who I'll go to when it is time.

Neighbor lost control of vehicle while backing out of their garage and into our garage, damaging the garage door and through the garage wall into closet. Cannot even tell where the damage was now. Thank you Randy, Demerito did a beautiful job.
