Used to be a nice bank but now all they seem to do is charge more and more fees. It's time to find a credit union cause taking my money just for ordering euros is stupid

Opened a new business account and was charged fees that I was told I would not be charged, if I maintained a combined minimum balance in all of my business accounts.nnWatch your statements when dealing with 5/3 Bank. They tell you one thing and then charge you another.nnAlso, their interest rate on personal checking accounts is way below what internet Banks pay.
Very unfriendly staff the ATM machine broke while I was putting money in it and took 50$ from me the bank teller acted like I was lying and was very rude to me won't return to this branch ever
