Went in to add my husband onto my account. Waited 3 weeks just to find out the teller didn't even order the card, as Kyle, the supervisor put it, "she must've forgotten." Not comforting at all.
On the flip side, great customer service through their 1-800#, that rep was able to order the card & have it scheduled for pick up in 2-3 business days. 5 stars for the over-the-phone rep, but 1 star for AFCU inside Walmart since the teller was competent enough to add him on my account.
Fast, friendly service. We do all our banking at AFCU!!
