It”s a world wide pandemic going on. People are losing jobs all over. I have been affected by this. I called Emily to see what they were doing to help during this time. She responded that for April they were only charging late fees of $10. This is just for April. She never mentioned anything else. My charges for May appears and the balance is higher than I expected. I called her again to clarify and she states late fees were applied because I had a one month balance carry over. I stated my balance should only be two months of rent plus an additional $10. She said after 30 days if your balance for April wasn’t paid then you are charged the normal late fees in addition to your new monthly rent. Now, if she would have explained that the first time I talked to her I wouldn’t be upset. But the fact that she never mentioned the late fees being added after 30 days causing my balance to increase dramatically has caused me to pay extra unexpectedly. I asked her if she could waive those late fees. She said no because she doesn’t find a valid reason to waive them. To waive anything is up to her discretion. Now, I never want to deal with people with that kind of power or attitude. And Emily is the manager that’s why she can say what she wants. I would only rent here if it’s your only choice and you don’t expect to use this place for long. Things happen and people should understand and work with you.

Emilee was super nice the entire encounter! All the questions I had she answered very efficiently. I'm so glad I rented at this location. I'm looking forward to having my stuff stored here!
