On mid November I called this salon to make a first appointment to do my hair. The lady who picked up the phone just repeats”appointment?, space available? Still on, she tells another colleague about the call. I suddenly heard her yelI “I don’t know, she speaks with an accent!” After her rude comment the call goes silent and I am being left on the phone for a considerable amount of time. Nobody answered, I hung up. I found out her name: Mary, the way you handled my call was unprofessional, lacking of manners, dismissive and profoundly discriminatory. We all have accents, yours is the one of somebody very disrespectful. I am as a citizen of this country as you are and a proud Army veteran.Robert (owner) hopefully you provide adequate training on diversity. Corey, manicurist, I appreciate the way you tried to shed some light. I am counting on you on having had a conversation with Robert as we agreed. One star for Corey. Will NEVER bring my business to that place.
Great staff and reasonably priced. I have thick wavy hair and Rob does a great job of cutting it.
