Wide variety of braids, wigs, weaves and hair care products. My go-to store to find anything hair related that I need.nnAisles are very tight. That is the only reason I rated as a 4 instead of 5. I think they need to move to a larger space. I think the product offerings have outgrown the store space. However, it is very organized.
Garbage. Sold me a “whole lace single origin” wig in 1B. Did 1 round of bleach with 20 developer in the watercolor method (no water involved if you don’t know) and it turned three different colors and 4 individual tracks broke off because they had already been relaxed and dyed; but you couldn’t tell bc of the wax on the hair.nnObviously they knew this and sold it “final sale, no return”. Thanks for stealing $200, great doing business with you.
They have so many varieties of hair and products, you can't go wrong here!! They're very friendly and accommodating to your needs! I was lost on what type of hair I needed and the lady walked me through the different types. Love them!
Be careful- watch HIM ring up your items. After I paid and left it dawned on me he over charged me by $10+ Once I got home and took my items out of my bag and added them up. Of course, no refunds and he wants to argue about it. I live on the north side of Columbus and it’s not worth my time to drive all the way back out east. Lesson learned and I will NEVER shop there again. It’s a shame you can’t trust store owners when you spend your hard earned money in their store and he took advantage that my daughter was talking to me while he was ringing me up. If I could give him negative stars I would. The chick in there was helpful and very kind.
Love his hair store. Periodt. She is always so nice to me and my mom and remembers us. My opinion...best hair store on the east side. Great service. They know the products and are extremely well stocked.
