I went to pay for 20 dollars gas on Christmas Eve with a 50 dollar bill and the older grey haired woman looked at me like I was committing a crime. She then proceeded to ask if I had a smaller bill, which I didn't, then scoffed at me when I said no and once again made sure I knew that I was taking 30 dollars change out of her drawer like I really cared. If they can't sufficiently keep change in their drawer they shouldn't even operate. Kind of pathetic.
This wasn't really the stores issue but what a problem I had getting in here and people parking wherever they wanted and leaving their cars in stalls for a long period of time so others could not get gas. Luckily I am a fan of Speedway and I made it happen because this experience was not the Speedway brand I know.
Went to buy chic Fila gift card sold out. Wasted my time. Store was inside messn. Decided to go elsewhere to buy coffee. Where is the manager doing her job.
The people have been beyond rude to customers. Apparently after 10pm they cant serve you fountain drinks via the window. Today they told us the outside bathroom on the side of the building is only for employees and no longer public. That has never been the case. Needless to say we will not be returning to this location ever again. Thanks for not being so convenient.
The staff is always so nice every time I get gas. Plus they alway have a good stock of shockwave.
