Went here to get gas, should have known better. Tried to put the member Id in, it didn’t work. Went ahead and entered my card. It asked for it to be removed then the screen said authorizing for about 5 min so I go in and try and pay at the counter. Wait for about 5 more min for her to tell me they know about the issue and she can’t do anything unless I go back out to hit cancel button on the gas pump and come back in. If you know about the problem then Atleast put a sign out??? Just go to speedway a mile down the rd, all of their stuff works there staff is nice and if there is a problem with a pump they put notice instead of wasting people’s time
This is the closest BP location from my residence. I always prefer to fill gas here and for a long time. But the STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND MISBEHAVING. I needed to use the restroom after a $35 fill at 7:55 pm, but they rudely said the restrooms are out of order. How very non-sense! I have a BP VISA and am a regular PB customer. The staff behavior is simply insulting. I am very DISSATISFIED and DISPLEASED.
People big ugly
If I didn't have to leave a star I WOULDN'T! I was there at 342Pm today. Rude employee not friendly at all. I paid for $20 in gas on pump 2 and your employee only authorized $15. I second guessed myself till I got home to look at my receipt I PAID $20 I've tried to call store several times NO ANSWER. If BP employees are not people person or not diverse THEN DON'T HIRE RUDE INDIVIDUALS!! That will be the last time I go to that store. And w the way the economy is going, if you are a business minded person, You'd WANT to treat YOUR CUSTOMERS RIGHT!
Always get BP gas from here. Credit Card machines have never had issues for me. I use the BP rewards card and get about $0.05 off a gallon for 93. I say outside so 5 stars at pump, don't go in much to pass judgment inside. Been going here 2012-2017.
