I am officially at the end of my journey with my braces, and I am so very pleased. Hickman Orthodontics has been nothing but amazing to me. Even with my inconsistencies and own prolonging of my journey their customer service was impeccable. Thank you to each individual that I ever encountered. They are so friendly and accommodating. They make you feel welcome and don't pressure you to do anything. They explain everything so that you understand what they're doing. We've had a very good experience so far.
I absolutely LOVE this place!! They make you feel at home and are so warm and welcoming. Every time I have an appointment it is a very pleasant experience. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Dr. Maerz and other staff are phenomenal. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I never thought that having straight teeth could change my confidence. I still remember going to my first consult all nervous, as I did not know what to expect, or how expensive this would be. It was a very long journey , but we made it through. I want to THANK ALL THE STAFF & DOCTOR'S for improving my smile and confidence and also for the warm welcoming every time I had an appt. I would highly recommend this place to any family, friend, or any one that is looking for braces.
