They have a very polite and friendly staff! Time efficient and they also know there regulars! You can't go wrong when getting your Rx from this safeway pharmacy!

They don’t respect people time, they tell me wait on 30 minutes although I called 5 hours before to get ready my medication; and after i been waiting for 50 minutes and ask they said you need to wait more and we don’t know how long because our cp is slow. Not professional at all.

Tonight, I was told by the female pharmacist that if i call in a same-day prescription (ahead of time), expect to wait when I get there, regardless if I call 30 minutes ahead or 6 hours ahead. ud83eudd14 So there's NO WAY AROUND waiting if you call in same-days. Then she loudly announces to me she has to process some 200 more orders she just got in (which I don't care and seems to be a work issue). Doesn't make sense to me. It was explained that even though I'm told 30 minutes.. it will continually get pushed back for people who are there waiting. So I try to be helpful and give them six hours but it gets bumped for people who don't call ahead?! Hmmm.. the irony. Staff could be way friendlier.
