Michelle was fantastic! Took care of my license and tags quickly, efficiently. And was entertaining and friendly the entire time.nGot in line online and walked right in.
Going to the BMV can be stressful, to say the least, but I have visited this location several times in the last few months and the staff is fantastic! I was really having a mediocre day and was pleasantly welcomed into the facility by a woman named Amanda. Despite the time of day and the line that was outside and people waiting in their cars, she was still very kind, patient and thorough with explaining the process of the BMV with the new COVID procedures. When it was my turn to go to the window for service, I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Tina. She was also a pleasure to work with. Tina made phone calls to assist me with my license renewal. She took the time to go above and beyond to be helpful and considerate to the time I had been waiting for my turn. I also accidentally left a document in my vehicle and she allowed me to retrieve it while remaining polite and kind. I really appreciate the understanding I received today. The team at this BMV deserves recognition for their knowledge, expertise, patience and most important, their professionalism. They really go the extra mile.
No mask enforcement. Other BMV locations will check that you have the proper paperwork while you are still in line. This location didn't so it slows down the few open stations as they explain what the person should have brought and send the person away angry. The person managing how many people are in line could save that guy and everyone behind him some time to make sure they are prepared and fill out forms while they are in line. It would make a better experience for everyone involved.
Everyone that works here, are very helpful, and are working at their best to help us. I think this BMV. Should be in a bigger building with more people work here ud83eudd7a. Good job
The workers are amazing and helpful they hold to the true standards and make sure the line moves fast and as efficient as possible. They deal with very rude and hateful people all day who think they are the only people in the world who matter who talk down too the ladies at the bmv but they still care and with a smile treat every customer as they nice and politely as they can.
