My husband got his hair cut here last week, the worst cut I have ever seen. Missed spots, not even, so unprofessional. Took me a half hour to fix it. He won’t be ever going back there.
Gonna miss macey. She was an asset to them.
My son's hair cut. 1st. Time he didn't fight getting it cut.
If I could put no stars I would. Was quoted one price then in the middle of my cut was told it will cost more because I wanted it layered. She ran a razor down 4 places on my hair which took about a minute, i have never seen anyone layer hair like this. Then after my husband got his hair cut they said we had to pay more for him. The girl was new and quoted wrong price. I didnt like my hair and the salon mgr kept making faces and rolling her eyes because I didnt feel ur was my fault I was quoted wrong prices. I got home, called Regis. Thier corp office, was told the district mgr would call me in a day or 2. She called me a week later. Left a voicemail that she would call me back and did not give me her number. She never called back. Now I see why the salon workers are so disrespectful. It starts at the top and rolls downhill. I wouldn't go here again if my haircut was paid for.
Made appointment well in advance. was told an hour wait as I walked in the store. District leader wouldn't give me contact information to make complaint. I deserve so much better. Only gave one start because it wouldn't let me post with ZERO stars.
