Was very specific that I did not want my highlights any lighter than the last time I was there. I came out platinum blond. Very upset and after leaving 2 messages and stopping in, I was told by the owner Constance that she would not be my stylists anymore because I was rude. We all make mistakes but we fix them. She blamed me.
Loved the atmosphere, great people, very nice, and cute place, took me in the same day I scheduled my apt. and didn't have to wait long at all and ended up with fantastic results! They all really do a great job!
Went here one time....never again. Charged double price for full coloring because my hair is medium length. Wanted my hair back to only one solid color, my natural hair color (dirty blonde). It came out looking reddish/orange on top and still can see different colors from previous coloring's.
The hair Dresser Ashley Malott was absolutely Amazing she gave me the style and cut i was looking for. I recommend anyone who first ask for her she's the best.
