If I could give this experience zero stars, I would. I was turned away and denied service because I wasn’t wearing a mask. No friendly greeting from your employees, just a stern “WHERE IS YOUR MASK” was all I received as soon as I walked in the door. How do you expect to give a proper haircut with straps around the ears and along the side of your head? I understand the mask mandate is a corporate decision, but as a business owner, what’s more important, the quality of customer service or your willingness to comply to a paranoid government?
Great place to get an affordable haircut. Manager is very good and insures your happy with the haircut!
I asked the hairdresser to not cut the front of my hair and she did exactly that. I asked for a long A-Line and got a Bob. 4th time in a row I’ve had a terrible experience at Great Clips. Lost my business.
Our son got a haircut and was not at all impressed, he showed the lady a picture of what he wanted and she proceeded to do what she wanted and than told him I’ve been doing this for 4 years, OK if you’ve been doing this for 4 years why don’t you listen. Someone needs to get control of these people.Do Not Trust Andrea from the Hurricane Location I think her ears are painted on, people are paying good money for a good haircut and if someone tells you they XX are Not happy you should go out of your way to make it right with them 😡
