My 16 year old daughter loves Charlotte Russe and we drive to the one in the Bay Plaza mall and we find everything that she needs. Love it. Love it, Love it..
They have good selection of jewelry but they have down sized the plus size area. Now it's just a very small corner, they use to have half the store of plus size area. Not that much of shirts neither more jeans.
I always find something cute here. They are not expensive, but I mostly get weekend wear like sundresses and jeans.
Love that they have a plus size section with the same designs and styles of clothes that the smaller sizes come in.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I shop here frequently bc I like the store and It’s my neighborhood mall but the entire staff needs revamping from managers to sales associates.They are REPEATEDLY very unapproachable and unprofessional in addition to the claustrophobia you’ll experience from them stalking you around the store like you’re a criminal. I’ve maybe had one helpful experience with a worker there, and that’s me being generous. The staff needs to change asap!
