These guys gave insurance to someone that stole my identity... And try to bill me in the processes after I already informed them that I never got insurance from them, so either they're stealing the identities or they don't know what doing

Does not return calls when they said they will. I have to chase them for a quote. They are very pleasant when they answer your first call. But they take very long to get back to you. It’s been a week and im still waiting for a quote.

Been dealing with brokers for about 4-5 years and this one main location has the WORST customer service.The lady on 5/17/2019 @5PM has the worst attitude like if she HATES her job or if the owner is not treating her right. I will NEVER recommend one of my customer to this establishment.nEither get more people or REPLACE HER SIMPLE!
