We just finished new construction in Larchmont and I am so grateful for all of Craig's help. He was there for me every step of the way with thoughtful guidance, patience and professionalism. He helped me to make selections from a variety of vendors of traditional, transitional and contemporary, quality products with ranges of price points to create a lighting plan that fit our vision of our home. He offers fair, competitive pricing with service that comes from his heart. Super great selection of all sorts of lights. We can't stop returning for all of our lighting needs. The customer service is extremely helpful and sincere.
Professional staff with quality products. Came in looking for a unique ceiling fixture bracket and wouldn't you know this place had just what I was looking for. Great selection of light fixtures, bulbs, and miscellaneous hardware.
Arrow Lighting sold me a defective light. At first, I thought it was the bulb, and though he agreed to send me a replacement bulb, he sent it by pony express on the excuse that it was a “freebie” (even though it was because he sold me something that didn’t work). When the new bulb finally arrived, it didn’t resolve the issue. I finally had to call the manufacturer myself because Craig did not stand behind his products (or even return phone calls in a timely manner). I would NEVER recommend or buy from this guy again. There are so many other lighting stores to choose from, including online options. The only reason to go to a bricks and mortar store is customer service. Who would ever give their business to someone who doesn’t care about customer service? Even Amazon would have been better.
What a beautiful Lighting Showroom! Great products, terrific customer service and great ideas. Our home looks gorgeous!
