TEN STARS!! I have never experienced customer service at this level ever and especially for a vehicle repair. Joe was exceptional. I won't go into detail on what repair he was fixing on my Class B camper van, because what he was fixing does not matter as much of how he took care of van and how he made me feel like I was the only van that he was working on. He was thorough, creative, professional and also just a very nice guy. What is better than finding a great automotive service location that is trustworthy and that performs high quality work and that is trustworthy. And, I have to add, at a very fair price. I would highly recommend!

Scheduled an alignment and ended up not making my original time and forgot to call to let them know. They ended up calling me and got me in later in the day. Excellent customer service! When they got done they went over what they found and did on the alignment with no confusion.
