While we had a great experience buying a trailer from Nelson's RV a year ago, when my husband went back for parts and such the guys in the office wouldn't help him because they were closing in 10 minutes. They still had 10 minutes until closing and wouldn't help him or answer his questions. My husband said another guy had come in for some parts as well and they wouldn't help him either. I Guess we will buy elsewhere. we don't want to deal with or support sales men that are too rushed to close instead of helping people.

I'm in the market for an RV travel trailer. I told the guy, Doug, I was just popping in to look and hopefully ask some questions, but there was no chance I was buying today. Doug was super helpful. He answered all my questions, helped me understand some key differences among brands and levels within brands, and dealer policies. I wish they had an office in Salt Lake!

Patrick A. was super helpful in narrowing down which Travel Trailer fit our needs. I should have put a deposit on it before it got scooped up by another buyer who saw it online the next day. Even though I was kicking myself for letting that deal slip by, Patrick was very empathetic and apologetic. Great company, great staff, and all things considered- a great experience. I would definitely recommend.

We want to express our deep appreciation for your company and in particular for Junior. We rented a motorhome from someone there in Hurricane and the hitch we had didn't work, so we came to your store to get one that would. Junior got us the best alternative and because of almost quitting time he rounded up the necessary wrenches to put it together. That's not the end to Juniors help. We then couldn't raise our trailer high enough to slip onto the new hitch, so what to do? We call to see if Junior might have a jack we could borrow. He cheerfully brought a jack to where we were and helped us on our way. I asked if I could tip him and he refused saying he just wanted to help. I thought that attitude was long since gone, but thanks to Junior we were able to continue our plans. Thanks again for wonderful service and going beyond expectations. Kim and Regina S.
