Skyway Library

That's my mom in the yellow dress. Her name is Patricia Jones. I spent many days in the library before I was old enough to go to school. This new library is very beautiful and very big compared to the first building. My mom was always working in a library no matter where Boeing transferred us to.

Staff are very friendly and helpful! They enjoy helping us patrons!!

I always had a good experience there. The librarians are very nice and will go that extra mile for you. I was having a terrible time trying to print up things I needed and they were very compassionate. The library itself is clean and modern. It is a bit small and the book selection is a little bit limited. They will have a book transferred from another library for your convenience. The parking lot is small and kind of cramped. It is along the busline. I would recommend going there.

Cute, welcoming neighborhood library, with friendly, helpful staff, supported by the massive resources of the King County library system. Just about anything you could ever want to read, watch, or listen to is available. Only drawback is the small parking lot, but I live within easy walking distance. ud83dude42

The new Skyway library is quite an upgrade. More space, more light and more resources. The meeting room is much bigger. The furniture and decor is modern. The kids area is bigger with riding toys and a sitting area for parents to enjoy books with their kids. The best part is the windows. Floor to ceiling windows brings in so much beautiful, natural light and there's an amazing view of Mount Rainier from the seating area right in front of the meeting room. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
